Terms of Service

What Conose is

Conose helps people find local businesses, newly opened places, deals, and verified professionals in Zamboanga City, Philippines. Right now the service is a waitlist. The app has not launched.

Using the service

• Be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, have a parent or guardian agree to these terms with you.
• Give accurate information. Do not sign up with someone else's email.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use Conose to harass anyone, to post unlawful content, or to misrepresent a business you do not own.

Listings and reviews

When the app launches, business listings and user reviews are the heart of it, so it matters how they work.

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display and distribute it inside Conose so the service can function.
• Reviews must be your honest first-hand experience. Paid, fake, or retaliatory reviews get removed.
• We can remove content that breaks these terms or the law. We are not obliged to host anything.
• Business owners can claim their listing and correct their own details. Claiming a listing you have no connection to is a breach of these terms.

Information about places is not a guarantee

Opening hours change, businesses close, and prices move. We work to keep listings fresh, and freshness is the whole point of Conose, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at the moment you read it.

Deals are offered by the businesses, not by us. If a business does not honour a deal, we want to know, but the agreement over that deal is between you and them.

The AI assistant

Once the assistant is live, treat its answers as suggestions, not facts. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters - opening hours, prices, whether a place is halal, accessibility - with the business itself.

Our liability

Conose is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Aliteo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or from your dealings with a business you found through it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your use

You can stop using Conose at any time and ask us to delete your data at privacy@conose.ph. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we will say why unless doing so would help someone cause harm.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site rather than made quietly, and the date at the top will move.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Zamboanga City, Philippines have jurisdiction.

If you are in the Philippines and you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
